2025-26 WINTER PROGRAMS

 Winter Season - High School Program

The winter season will consist of indoor and outdoor land-based practices. This season will focus on rowing technique, continuing to build strength/endurance, building team culture, and creating a competitive environment for individual progression. This season is important in preparing the athletes for the competitive championship spring racing season.

December 1, 2025 - March TBD, 2026

Monday - Friday, 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Cost: $750

The fee for this season covers facilities, training plans, coaching, equipment maintenance, events, open gyms, and administrative cost to run the HS winter program.

Practice is at the Milwaukee Athletic Club located at 758 N Broadway, Milwaukee, WI 53202

Winter Season - Middle School Program

The Middle School program will hold indoor practices that are engaging and will focus on team building, proper rowing technique, and rowing/racing concepts.

Info about this season will be emailed to all middle school team subscribers.

December 2 - Dec 18, 2025 and January 6 - February 26, 2026

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Cost: $275
